Writing for Wellbeing
Hello and welcome.
I’m Mo and my practice as a pluralistic counsellor, supervisor and trainer is firmly anchored in my personal writing practice.
Writing comes in lots of different shapes and sizes and that’s part of its strength. It’s helped me navigate many a stormy sea. Supporting me, accepting me, even gently challenging me. But allowing me to be me, to find my own path, to go at my own pace. And celebrating and rejoicing with me along the way.
I started facilitating writing for wellbeing spaces almost ten years ago and since 2020, I have been regularly sharing my enthusiasm and knowledge with colleagues in the helping professions.
Find out more about me below, and feel free to get in touch.
